Changing it up

To say that I'd been procrastinating on this project would be an understatement, but after more than 2 years, I've finally checked it off the list.  We've bid adieu to my last hold-out piece of non-MCM furniture in the house, this corner cabinet: 




That isn't to say that it was a terrible cabinet.  It was very well-built...

... and by well-built I mean SUPER FRIGGIN' HEAVY. 

The move was a three man operation and we barely managed, but it's done and I couldn't be happier because  I found this sweet little number to go in its place.

    I had a few huge case pieces like that to sell off when I started collecting vintage modern too. Congrats on the latest find. I can't wait to see the finished office photos.
