The Craigslist gods have smiled upon me

Wow!  I'm still out of breath.  I literally jumped out of bed and ran to my car after seeing a listing on Craigslist this morning.  It isn't cleaned up yet, so I'll just give you a little hint, but this is big, exciting stuff.
